When you enlist our Customs Clearance service, and add our optional Freight Forwarding service for a one-off job, or you work with us on an ongoing basis, you can expect to be taken through the following process:
Contact Us
Review Options
We will provide you with the available options when applicable. After selecting the option that works best for you, and you provide your supplier’s contact information along with your sales contract or purchase order.
Coordinate with Supplier
We will then contact our experienced agents nearest to your supplier, who will communicate in the supplier’s language to ensure the cargo is promptly dispatched to Australia as soon as it’s ready.
Prepare Shipping Documents
Once the cargo is dispatched, we’ll create and provide you with the shipping documents*, along with estimated shipping and arrival times.
Customs Clearance
The shipment will be handed over to our Customs team, who will handle the clearance process and contact you if any additional documents are required.
*Your supplier will still need to provide commercial documentation
