I was a bit nervous about importing products from China for the first time as I had no idea of the process involved. I can not recommend the folks at End to End Customs more highly. They made our first time importing machinery an extremely low stress affair. Tex, was quick to respond to any questions (there were a lot). And advised on questions I needed to ask our manufacturer. We were given a clear outline of the costs we would need to cover to clear customs, as well as the exact day the machine would arrive at our warehouse. After believing I had my customs clearance requirements sorted with the shippers agent in Australia I found out that the shipment had been consigned to me at the eleventh hour (Friday afternoon). The shipment was due to arrive on Saturday morning by air so I searched frantically to try and find someone that would be able to clear my goods on a Saturday morning to avoid storage charges over the weekend.This is when Tex @ End to End Customs came to the rescue. He got back to me quickly on Friday afternoon, let me know what documentation he would need and told me that for a small additional fee (far less than storage costs at Qantas freight facility over the weekend) he could clear my goods on Saturday for me.Saturday morning Tex contacted me with invoice for the Tax and Duty disbursements and Saturday afternoon I collected the goods from the Qantas freight depot. What I suspected would be a painful, frustrating and unnecessarily expensive experience turned into a smooth, pleasant and faultless one. It seemed almost too easy.Competitively priced and top notch customer service. Hard to find this nowadays. 5 stars from me. Thanks Tex.
